Here is how refunds work, written plainly so there are no surprises if you ever need one.
We sell two kinds of things, and they work differently, so the refund rules are split by product type. One-off PDF reports follow one set of rules. Dashboard subscriptions follow another. Find the section that matches what you bought.
A report costs us real work to generate, and once it is built and delivered you have the deliverable, so PDF sales are final once the report is generated and sent. That said, there are clear exceptions where we will make it right:
New subscribers get a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month. If the dashboard is not for you, tell us within those 7 days and we will refund the first month in full. After that window, you can cancel any time and billing stops at the end of your current cycle. We do not prorate or refund partial months, so you keep access through the period you have already paid for.
Email hello@bankinglens.com with your order ID and a short note on what went wrong. We respond within 2 business days. The order ID is on your receipt; if you cannot find it, send the email address you used at checkout and we will track it down.
If something is wrong, contact us first. We answer fast and we would rather fix the problem than fight a dispute. Filing a chargeback before reaching out skips the part where we solve it, and chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account closure.
